This bright apartment, located on the basement, opens to a living area furnished with a french size sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with a double fridge, an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area comes with a queen size bed that can be split into twins, bedside table with reading lamps and a wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
Outside, it boasts a wonderful and large panoramic terrace with lake view facing the promenade, furnished with a table, chairs, outdoor sofas and armchairs, and a small table to fully enjoy the colours of the Lake Garda.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
