Our Aretusa apartment with balcony is located on the second floor and develops entirely on one level. A hallway leads to a corridor, which is overlooked by the bathroom and the bedroom (furnished with a double bed). Continuing, you enter the living room with a table, sofa and single sofa bed and then comes the kitchen, equipped with all comforts and with access to a balcony overlooking Via Maniace.
The living room also features a balcony overlooking Via Maniace, which makes the room bright and airy. Besides, from both balconies you can enjoy the view of the Fonte Aretusa and a glimpse of the sea.
The house is made special by the original floors in different colors.
