Set on a farm in a wooded valley on the edge of Nancledra village, this cottage is a beautiful conversion of a 200 year old farm building. With thick stone walls and beamed ceilings, this characterful two bedroomed cottage is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay at any time of the year. The cottage is furnished with antique furniture to give it a unique style that guests will love along with the peaceful sound of the small river behind the building as it flows past the cottage.
On the ground floor is the large open-plan living/dining room with wingback chairs, large fireplace and exposed beams. Off the living room is a cloakroom/WC with shower and the well-stocked kitchen with a fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Upstairs can be found the large master bedroom with antique wooden bed and a spacious single bedroom. The is also the family bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
