The Home
You are more than welcome to experience this home just 15-20 min maximum walk from the city center. A beautiful villa where you will have the entire 1 floor only for yourself and your beloved ones.
You have access to a big balcony where you can enjoy the calmness of the neighborhood. You are also allowed to use a barbecue on the balcony (please keep in mind that you must bring your own barbecue materials).
There is a bathroom, 2 separate bedrooms, a living room/lounge room with a TV and a kitchen equipped with everything needed. There are 2 smart TVs in every bedroom where you can use your own account for Netflix, HBO, RocketTV, YouTube etc. (no cable TV). .
After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as being disinfected and sanitized in order to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
