Pretty independent house in a residential area, just outside the center of Monopoli. The fabulous beaches and points of interest of the city are just a few minutes away by car. Villa has private parking and an ornamental garden with fruit trees and flowers.
Adjacent to the entrance, there is a large table in the shade of a glycine pergolate and a stone barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners. A french door lets light enter the living room, an open space with table, sofa bed and fireplace.
Between the living area and the kitchen, a snack plan was created with stools, for breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. The two double bedrooms are very bright; the choice of natural materials and the soft tones of the furnishings give a feeling of serenity. Bathroom with shower serving the house.
The villa has direct access to the beach.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
