Accessed by a cascading spiral staircase, the voluminous principal bedroom comprises a luxurious king-sized bed, wardrobe and home office area; the room instantly soothes with its neutral colour palette and ambient lighting. Adjacent to the living area, the second bedroom is adorned with creative wall art, offering a comfortable double bed and small desk area.
BATHROOMS
Magnifcently monochrome, the first bathroom comprises a walk-in shower, wash basin and a toilet. Sleek and stylish in its subtle hues of space grey, the second bedroom offers a bath and overhead shower, plus two wash basins.

Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! At the request of the owner, please remove your shoes when inside the apartment. The principal bedroom can be accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. A cat is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a Property Manager standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. The apartment is also located on the second floor of the building, with no lift access.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
