This beautiful renovated traditional Mediterranean style farmhouse with 4 bedrooms and private pool. It is located very close to the town of San Rafael. It has a large plot (50,000 m2), with a lot of privacy, and views of the mountains that surround it. Beautiful and well-kept gardens with a large parking area. Outside, a large terrace with an 8x4 meter pool (with salt water) and a shaded area to relax during the heat of the day. The exterior at the rear of the property is very pleasant with a barbecue area, shaded area for outside dining and a hammock - ideal for an afternoon nap The main house is fully equipped with a separate kitchen leading to the living room with high wood-beamed ceilings, sofas and satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house (2 with a double bed / 1 with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub / 1 with a shower). All bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
