This home is located in a great neighborhood minutes to all the best restaurants, bars and shopping with the Kierland Commons less than 10 minutes away and Desert Ridge Marketplace is less than 15 minutes from our home. If you’re looking for visit some history the MIM is minutes away, too. There are great walking and hiking trails right around the corner. Sedona is roughly two hours and the Grand Canyon is 3.5 hours away which makes a great day trip for the family! We have something for everyone and our team of dedicated concierge is here to assist you with booking your tours, golf trips, and grocery deliveries!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
