Beautiful Villa recently built 3km from Alhaurin el Grande with capacity for 4 people, with the possibility of 1 more person with supplement per person and night. Private pool and free wifi!
The house is completely heated and the windows of the bedrooms of the main house have mosquito nets.
Free Wifi, private pool and garden, barbecue and stunning views of the Guadalhorce Valley.
It consists of living room, LCD TV 55 "with Netflix and Youtube, a large fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a magnificent design bathroom with walk-in shower.The house has a fireplace, but we ask our guests not to use since it is merely decorative.
The pool area has hammocks, chill out area on the porch, and barbecue area with table and chairs to eat outside enjoying the views and playground with basketball basket.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
