Villa situated in the heart of the Costa del Sol, with fantastic views of the north side of the Sierra de Mijas, very close to the golf course Lauro Golf, only 14 kilometers and less than 20 minutes drive from the beach.
The house is located 15 kilometers (20 minutes by car) from Malaga International Airport.
Land of 5.000 m2 composed of covered parking area for several vehicles, recreational area of about 1,000 m2, with swimming pool, barbecue and children’s play area, basketball hoop, pool table, ping pong table, etc. The rest of the plot is covered with different species of trees.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
