Villa Los Azabaches is a perfect holiday homes for families with children, with lots of games, space to run around and play, and a fenced swimming pool for their safety. On the ground floor there is an exceptional game room for children. On the top floor there is a gym with large windows.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Optional services:
- Stay and Play A: unlimited golf: 105 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Stay and Play B: golf classes: 90 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Stay and Play A: golf clubs : 30 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 10.
- Central heating: 25 EUR per day.
- Arrival out of schedule: 100 EUR per booking.
- Pet: 10 EUR per day. Max.: 100 EUR. Max. quantity: 2.
- - The swimming pool is available from 01-01 to 12-31.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
