Spacious exterior with a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a big terrace with shade, and a barbecue. Standing in the gardens you have beautiful views of the mountain of Mijas and Alhaurin el grande, and the Sierra de las Nieves in the distance.

The house is completely air conditioned. The salon has a television with satellite and channels in Spanish, German, English and French.
There are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third bedroom has two individual beds (all bedrooms are air conditioned).
Two bathrooms! One en-suite with bathtub and another bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Change of sheets and towels during the stay: 50 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Arrival out of schedule: 60 EUR per booking.
