House with capacity for 16 people, located on Big Island, Rosario Islands 45 minutes from Cartagena. The property consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and 2 additional cabins. The first cabin is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom and closet; the second cabin is equipped with a double bed and mezzanine with two single beds, private bathroom and closet. Both have wonderful sea views. The rooms in the main house are distributed as follows: the first bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe and balcony; the second bedroom with 2 double beds, a single bed and a balcony; the third bedroom with a double, a single bed and a terrace; and the last room with 1 double bed and terrace. All bedrooms have shared bathrooms. Decor is tropical in style, have eco-friendly thatched roof and ceiling fan. The rent includes daily breakfast. As an added service it offers a varied menu to enjoy at different times of the day. The island has some activities, such as a seawater jacuzzi; snorkeling to enjoy the variety of coral and fish reefs; paddle boarding, to stroll around the islands; mini golf and various board games. Also you can visit Blanca Beach, the Oceanarium and Laguna Encantada. To reach the property, guests must rent a boat, this is an additional service. 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
