Modern beach villa in a spectacular location. Beautiful villa of 1.200m2 in a coconut grove of 24.000 m2, close to abeautiful and very quiet beach in Serra Grande, between Ilheus and Itacaré.
The large brightly lit living room has a high ceiling and is tastefully decorated. Externals areas offers a gastronomic area with barbecue and wooden oven, a large "lounge" elevated next to the long infinity pool with sea views.All rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, high ceilings with views of the garden or the sea.
The upper floor where the TV room is located, has 4 suites including the Master suite with sea view, accompanied by its large office, has a large balcony / terrace, present all around the house.Its ones of the many relaxing places of this house, ideal to relax in harmony with the sea, the nature and the beautiful garden, enjoying the refreshing sea breeze, in a hammock or comfortable sun loungers.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
