It has three large bedrooms, ideal for accommodating a family or a group of friends, and a large terrace overlooking the sea, equipped with an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. It is in a panoramic and quiet position, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but not far from the main services and restaurants. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. To reach the house it is necessary to climb about 130 steps. It is recommended to reach us without a car. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Occupacy tax - Praiano (3.00 €):
