Please let us know before booking. *Outdoor showers and spigots will be turned off from December 1st to late March to ensure pipes do not burst should we experience freezing temperatures. *Please Be Aware : This coastal home is elevated. The entrance and main floor can ONLY be accessed via exterior staircase. Once inside, the bedrooms are located an additional floor up, and can ONLY be accessed via interior staircase. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 10am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
