The Home
Blue house , inspired in the Greek style, recently renovated with lots of natural light, space and with the iconic location in the city, the main point of tourism in Buzios.
It is composed by three floors in total. where the first one has a bar with exit directly the sands of the Praia do Canto and 3 suites with windows overlooking the sea.
The second floor has a common area with sea view and 4 suites in total, being 1 suite with wide sea view and an ante-room, 2 suites with 2 double beds.
The third floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a wide view of the street of stones and 4 suites, 1 suite with sea view and 1 suite with partial sea view.
All 11 suites are composed by fridge, air conditioning, television, king bed and individual bathroom.
There will be two employees in the house, also, parking spaces.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
