Cheery Apartment with Mountain Ranges Views
The Home
The apartment has a long sunny south facing balcony with great views of the mountain ranges beyond. The large windows in the apartment let in alot of light, giving it a very cheery, welcoming and bright atmosphere. There is a large open plan living and dining area with an open fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD player and HIFI system. The dining table comfortably seats 8 people and there is direct access to the kitchen from here. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4 ring hob, oven, under counter fridge and dishwasher.
In each bedroom, the two single mattresses can be zipped together to form a king or if preferred unzipped and pushed apart for a twin (two singles). (2 x 80 cms singles or 160 cm King and in the other room 2 x 90 cm singles or 180 cm Superking). Please advise if you have a preference when booking.
The apartment has a family bathroom and another separate shower room with a WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
