The Home
Spectacular house with excellent location, in a condominium, beachfront with exclusive access and private area on Praia da Ferradurinha. It is also located a few steps from Praia de Geribá and has walking access to both beaches. Condominium with 24 hour security and the atmosphere of the house is very pleasant.
The house has six suites with air conditioning and TV, one master suite with a beautiful view of Geribá Beach and all equipped with towels and complete bed linen, TV room with smart TV 55’’, large living room, dining room, large kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils, Wi-Fi, pet-friendly, terrace with incredible views of Geribá Beach, outdoor area with swimming pool, barbecue, bar, dressing room with bathroom and showers and laundry area with laundry and maid’s quarters. And last but not least, a private helipad with a breathtaking view of the sea of Búzios is an excellent place to watch the sunset.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Here are the items/services included in the price: water, electricity, gas, cleaning fee and secretarial service throughout the stay (cleaning service and tidying of the suites and internal environment of the house, setting the breakfast table, with the that you make available, so that everything is ready when you wake up, washing the dishes and all the help to serve them) - our secretary Vera is excellent and the house will always be clean and fragrant for you.
- Note: It is not included for cooking.
- We also offer exclusive extra services such as a cook/chef, barbecue, bartender, pizza maker, personalized shopping, surf lessons, transfer, licensed drivers to move around the city, boat rental, buggy rental, among others.
- The house holds up to 25 people, 22 sleeping in beds and 3 in mattresses, in the suites they prefer. Our default rate is for up to 14 guests.
- If you want to add more guests, our extra fee is R$215.00 per extra guest per night.
