As it is not a destination so frequented by tourists, Tabuba beach becomes a refuge for those looking to rest and enjoy the season with friends and family, being a great option for a peaceful day at the beach. With its clear sand and coconut trees scattered along the shore, it makes the place idyllic. Its sea is also well sought after by Sufis and bathers. In addition, it is about 15km from the capital and 2km from Cumbuco beach.
The house is not by the sea but is located close to the beach, as well as bars, restaurants, sights, access roads and the city center. Its structure has 6 bedrooms, living and dining room, kitchen, balcony, space for barbecue and swimming pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- * The house is delivered with elastic sheet for the balls, pillowcases and a blanket for the 11 beds
- * The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean clothes. At the check-out, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- * Large animals (over 25 kilos) and Pitbull breed independent of size are not allowed. Small and medium-sized animals will only be allowed with confirmation from the support team.
- Note: R $ 800 will be the fine applied or withheld from the security deposit if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
- Upon check-out:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
- Crockery: all crockery must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check if the air conditioners have been turned off;
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 800 BRL
