Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

* Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am
* Sheets and towels available to guests - No changes during the stay
* Necessary to provide name and ID number of all guests
* We do not offer breakfast
* Cleaning fee R $ 350
* Events are not allowed
* Max 25 people capacity, 7 surplus.
* Surplus costs R $ 35 per day and per person, accommodation is at the expense of the guest. Under no circumstances will it be allowed people above what is allowed, the administrator may carry out an inspection without prior notice, request the exit of the property and consider breach of contract without refunding the amount paid.
* The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean clothes. At the checkout, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
Note: R $ 200 will be the fine applied or withheld from the security deposit if the property is delivered in unfavorable conditions (garbage and crockery).
* Upon check-out:
Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
Crockery: all crockery must be washed;
Air conditioning: check if the air conditioning has been turned off
