This newly remodeled condo at La Residence in Mammoth Lakes offers access to excellent community amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a year-round hot tub, a sauna, summer tennis courts and grilling areas, and a recreation room. Best of all, you’ll be less than a mile from the Sierra Star Golf Course, just over a mile from the Village Gondola at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, and even closer to a number of restaurants, eateries, shops, and other conveniences.
This modern, ground-floor condo makes smart use of its living space. As you step inside, you’ll find hooks in the entry hall for your coats, a light-filled living room that’s warmed by a wood-burning stove, and two sets of glass doors that let the light in and lead outside to the patio. There’s an L-shaped sectional sofa where you can watch TV in the evenings, a dining room table for four, and a polished kitchen around the corner full of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find a second TV in the bedroom and a cozy bunk nook built into the living room.
