"Blue Cherry" is a light-filled beautiful home with plenty of room for 8 of your very favorite people. It is located just outside of Guerneville in a quiet neighborhood. You can’t beat the location for exploring this part of the Sonoma Wine Country. The River is within a 5 minute drive, Armstrong Woods is within a 7 minute drive, and the Pacific Ocean is only 20 minutes away by car.

Blue Cherry is the kind of house that you can walk into, kick off your shoes and just relax into your vacation. It is a place to read, write and dream. It is a large, but cozy, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, very well cared for home with lots of character and charm throughout! Every window looks out to green trees and lush landscaping! Wake up to birds chirping and squirrels scampering!
The entry level includes a well-stocked and upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and a great breakfast bar. The dining area opens to both the kitchen and the living room. The living room is sun-filled with comfy couches, high-back chairs and a new, large Flat screen TV with Xfinity cable service and DVD player.
There are two large bedrooms on this level. Both are very spacious, light, bright and cheerful.
The first bedroom has a queen bed with en suite, beautiful wood beam ceilings, and an ottoman with twin-sized pull out sleeper bed.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Daybed with trundle (2 singles), again very spacious. The bathroom in this room has a large Jacuzzi soaking tub. Fill the tub, close the door, and let the city melt away.
The upstairs bedroom closes off with a fabulous sliding "barn" door. This quiet space has large windows with another Queen bed and a twin. This bedroom also has its own private bath and a quiet sitting area. Lounge an afternoon away while gazing upon the towering Redwood trees through the large picture window.
The backyard is beautifully landscaped with a large redwood tree, gas BBQ and picnic table. There is also a gas fire table to gather around and share your favorite stories by. Plenty of room for your little ones and enclosed for those of you with pups.
For the competitive people in your group the garage game room offers a Ping Pong table and other games!
