This nice newly renovated holiday home is located in beautiful hinterland of Zadar-Sibenik area, in a quiet village of Lisane Ostrovicke. Situated only 20 minutes away from the nearest beach and less than 20 minutes away form National Park Krka, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons.
The Interior of your holiday home consists of 2 separate apartments, each having their own fully equipped kitchens and dining/living rooms. In total there are 5 bright bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage part, a stone barbecue, sundeck area with loungers and children’s area with trampoline. A covered garage is provided for your cars, as well as plenty of gated parking space.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Tourist tax (354592):
- 0 EUR per booking (vat included).
- - Optional services:
- Cancellation Insurance: 6.98% of the booking price. Max.: 20000 EUR.
