Villa Torre di Terzolan is located at approximately 350 meters above sea level on the hills and is 12 km from Verona.
It is surrounded by magnificent vineyards that, when cultivated in a completely natural way, produce high-quality organic wines in the nearby old wine cellar.
An ancient architecture and a hundred-year-old park await you for a stay that lets you immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature
The Habitat
Upon entering the property, one is immediately greeted by the historical style typical of Verona’s manor houses. Access is through a covered terrace with frescoes on the walls, where one can dine or enjoy the landscape, and from here one enters the living area of the villa, which is enhanced by carefully selected paintings and art objects.
In this area, several living rooms are lined up next to each other. The first green living room is cozy and equipped with sofas, the second, more spacious one, with a flower-painted vault, offers various sofas and armchairs and looks out onto the patio.
You will find a spacious interior with a dining room featuring a table and chairs to accommodate all guests. The dining room offers a view of the garden and an outdoor area, which is also equipped with a large table for lunch or breakfast, while admiring the significant Colombo cypress that has lived in the villa’s park for over 500 years.
Kitchen
The kitchen of the villa was renovated while maintaining the old style and is equipped with all modern amenities. The traditional stone fireplace emphasizes the Italian charm of the kitchen and harmonizes well with modern appliances and materials.
First Floor - Bedroom and Bathroom
Villa Torre di Terzolan can accommodate up to ten people with four large double suites, each with its own bathroom, as well as two single rooms.
The first main bedroom is equipped with a large bed and an en suite bathroom and is connected to the large library.
The second double room with a single bed uses the nearby shower bathroom and communicates with a room with a single bed.
The third bedroom overlooks another living room and uses the nearby bathroom with a natural stone bathtub and shower.
We then have the single room, which is connected to a double room with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower.
After a day spent visiting Verona or other nearby cities or tasting wines from the region, you return to the inviting luxury of your own house to spend a night in the magnificent suites...
The antiques are mixed with modern and contemporary pieces to offer a stylistic experience that is immersed in a landscape from another time.
On the second floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The Park
Enter through the large old gate to the parking lot for 4 cars.
Villa Torre di Terzolan is surrounded by a centuries-old park of about 4000 m², which is constantly maintained and also includes a small natural lake.
From the park, you can access walking and cycling paths that are embedded in the green spaces and vineyards of the area.
The Putting Green, available to guests, allows practicing golf on the property and enjoying the beautiful landscape.
The swimming pool
On the grounds in front of the villa, there is a large, unheated swimming pool with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a hot tub.
The Cantina
The cellar, a treasure chest of arches, stone, and silence. A small staircase reveals an old world. Wine has always been produced in this centuries-old architecture. Torre di Terzonal preserves the secrets of winemaking here.
You can visit the wine shop and book a tasting during your stay.

About the area
Verona, Italy, is a city that beautifully blends history, culture, and romance. It's famously known as the setting of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet," and visitors can immerse themselves in this romantic tale by visiting the tourist attraction known as Juliet's House, which features a balcony reminiscent of the play.
While Verona does have Roman ruins such as the Verona Arena, a Roman amphitheater that still hosts concerts and operas today, it may not be as well-preserved compared to other Italian cities. Nevertheless, these sites including the Roman Theatre and Archaeological Museum, Castelvecchio and its museum, and the Basilica of San Zeno Maggiore offer glimpses into its rich past.
The city's historic center is indeed a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with medieval buildings and winding lanes that are perfect for leisurely strolls. Piazza delle Erbe is a bustling square with a lively market while Piazza dei Signori offers quieter surroundings with beautiful palaces.
Verona also boasts stunning natural beauty. The Adige River winds through the city offering picturesque views from its many bridges. The Giardino Giusti provides beautifully manicured Renaissance gardens for visitors to explore.
Food lovers will appreciate Verona's culinary scene which includes traditional dishes like risotto all'Amarone or pastissada de caval (horse meat stew), paired with local wines such as Valpolicella or Soave.
In summary, Verona presents an enchanting mix of history, culture, romance and gastronomy that caters to all types of travelers. Its rich heritage combined with its charming atmosphere makes it an interesting destination to explore.
