Very comfortable home located in Perroix, between the village center of Talloires and Menthon St Bernard. This property offers a calm and lightening surrounding as well as a private garden with all furniture needed (sunbeds, table and chairs). The spacious living area features a wood-burning stove and is open from door to door, leading out to a terrace and garden. A trampoline is available for children in the garden as well as a Ping Pong table and a Plancha grill. Enjoy easy access to the lake and an abundance of activities while summer and winter.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
