Our spacious home, located on the bay side of Eastham, is perfect for a large family, two families, a group of friend, or a mixture of both. A footpath from our house will lead you down to private Dunes Beach or Thumpertown Beach in minutes. There are also a number of a great places to eat nearby; you can be at the famous Arnold’s Lobster & Clam Bar, Red Barn Pizza, Hole in One Bakery & Coffee Shop, or Karoo Restaurant in under 5 minutes. If you prefer to stay in, we have an awesome screened-in sunroom, where you can have a meal at any time of the day while enjoying the ocean breeze. On the first floor of our home, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with TV and plenty of board games, master bedroom with queen bed and en suite full bathroom, another queen bedroom, and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
