This is a beautiful three-story villa in Sfakaki, Rethymno , near the beautiful sandy beaches and next to various tourist amenities, taverns, cafes and just 9km from Rethymno town.
The lower floor has an open-plan kitchen and its own living room as well as an office room. French doors lead to a small terrace with patio furniture. Furthermore, there is a double-bed bedroom and a shower/WC. The middle floor has an open-plan kitchen and another living room with a fireplace,a bath/wc and a large veranda with splendid views of the sea, and the mountains and stairs that lead to the exterior areas.
On the top floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one shared). Two bedrooms have double beds and the third two single beds. There is another fireplace, a closet room, and another pergola-shaded big balcony with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
