This is an exceptional apartment, fully renovated in 2018, in the center of the vivid Rethymno town. It is located on the second floor and is equipped with all possible modern amenities while it has minimal and sophisticated decoration. It has one long balcony in front and a huge partly covered veranda in the back, fully furnished for dining, relaxing and even sunbeds for sunbathing.
The apartment has a large living room with comfortable sofa, a separate dining table and another dining area by the modern and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all modern appliances.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds each and they share a large fully equipped bathroom. Between the bedrooms, there is a huge shared closet and a storage room in the veranda.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
