The living room has a full view of the pool/spa, a balcony, and a 37" flat screen TV with a DVD player. The kitchen has beautiful marble counters, a balcony and will seat 4 at the table and 2 at the counter. A full bath is located on this level. The loft sleeps 4 with 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and has a 32" flat screen "smart" TV. The master bedroom, with a full bath, has a queen bed, a 32" flat screen TV and a balcony that steps outside with direct access to the pool/spa. The second bedroom also with a full bath, has a queen bed, a 32" flat screen TV and a balcony also with direct access to the pool/spa.
This condominium provides complimentary wireless internet access. The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy. Shared coin laundry machine...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
