The kitchen leads naturally onto a dining area that comfortably seats 6, then onto the lounge area with its large welcoming sofas which can accommodate 12 adults. The apartment also has a working open fireplace that is made from local hearth stone. The dining/lounge area opens onto a large L-shaped balcony with excellent views in all directions and comes with dining table, 6 chairs and 2 reclining chairs.
There are 2 double bedrooms en-suite and 1 twin bedroom en-suite. Master bed bathroom has both shower and bath, second double has bath/shower combi and the twin has shower (no toilet in this bathroom).
The apartment has WIFI installed, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a great multi-room Bose audio system.
There is also a sauna in the basement which you can book on first come first served basis.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
