Updated and just steps from the Sundance Ski Run, this mountain gem will be the place to call home on your next family vacation or group getaway! When you want some fresh air, step out to the front balcony to fire up the gas grill and soak up the views, or soak in bliss in the private hot tub on the back patio as the stars come out. Venture a bit farther, and you will find that this complex boasts an ideal location by the pristine Sundance Trail, perfect for soaking up the great outdoors, so bring along your boots and hiking poles. The Sundance ski run connects to Lifts 10 and 1, with easy access to Lift 4. Outside of ski season, the Trail offers hiking and disc golf, a short walk to the gourmet Village Market, and a free gondola connecting to the Village Core and Telluride. The free Dial-A-Ride service can also take you a short distance to the Market, Gondola, Village Core, or anywhere in Mountain Village.
As soon as you enter this stunning abode, you will be spoiled by the stylish mountain modern decor and slip into relaxation mode in no time. This 3,065-square-foot log townhome’s open-concept floor plan will allow everyone to quickly gather in the living area and kitchen or get some privacy when needed. The main living area has a soaring 30’ ceiling with wood timbers, floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain and ski run views, and a gas fireplace. Whipping up gourmet meals will be a breeze with the well-equipped kitchen, from the Sub-Zero refrigerator and the Kitchen Aid gas range to the two-zone wine fridge. Yet village core restaurants are minutes away by car, and the town is also nearby, should you feel like dining out. Don’t worry about being disconnected either, as the free WiFi and two desks can allow you to stream your favorite movies or work remotely as desired.
The top floor main suite boasts a Tempur-Pedic mattress, en suite bathroom, lounging area, and desk. The second main suite features an en suite bathroom and a beverage center. An additional guest bedroom with two twin XL beds that can be converted to a king bed is also on the second floor. A large bathroom just across the hall features both a steam shower and a stand-alone bathtub. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. A loft flex space provides a second hangout space, plus a double sofa bed. A laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer.
