This two-story, five-bedroom abode that sleeps 10 is only a mile from Orleans town center and its many shops and restaurants.Take in a show at The Academy of Performing Arts or attend a Cape Cod Baseball League game—a summertime tradition founded in 1885 that serves as a recruiting ground for Major League Baseball players—at the Orleans Firebird Baseball Field, both less than a mile away. Do you prefer bayside or oceanside beaches? Less than three miles away, you’ll find both! Rock Harbor and Skaket are both on the bay side, while Nauset Beach is on the ocean side.
After a day of fun, enjoy some rest and relaxation back at the house. The private, fenced-in backyard includes an outdoor shower, fire pit, Weber propane grill, dining set, a pair of chaise longues and a well-manicured lawn space for Fido to roam free.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
