14458 Cerulean Skies: It’s all blue skies ahead as you open up the front door of our newly renovated summer cottage to begin your sure-to-be unforgettable Cape Cod Vacation! Walk into the vaulted ceiling sitting room, and relax on the couches under a plentiful amount of natural light let in by the large windows along the front of our home. On your left, you’ll find stairs that lead up to the 2nd floor TV/Lounge room. Beyond the sitting area, you’ll find a kitchen sure to please any chef! The large black granite countertops are perfect for prepping meals or setting up a smorgasbord of treats. The kitchen also boasts fresh new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of kitchen supplies--all impeccably organized and well maintained! To the right of the kitchen is a large formal dining table for family meals, or you can choose to walk a few steps further and enjoy a meal at the picnic table in the screened-in sunroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
