15540 Aqua-Marina: Relax and unwind this summer at our waterfront home on Orleans Cove that accommodates up to seven people. Start your day with an early morning yoga session in the secluded backyard where you can flow with the Cove as your backdrop and the music of songbirds as your soundtrack. Spend the mid-afternoon on the water, by renting a Kayak or Canoe from Goose Hummock and launching it right from the landing on the grounds. Take a leisurely lap around the cove and return home just in time for lunch.
Head indoors through the back deck and whip up a few fresh Sammies in the Aqua-Marine kitchen that pays homage to the beautiful blue water of the cove (that can be seen sparkling through the window!) The kitchen also features a refrigerator, stove, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, ample storage, and dishwasher. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
