14463 - On the Horizon: Imagine yourself bayside this summer on the marshes of Sunken Meadow in Eastham-- sipping a Cape Codder on the deck as you watch the sunset over the bay. Take the kayak down the deeded tidal river to Sunken Meadow Beach, or lay low in the back yard as you watch your kids build a sandcastle. Hop in the car to take a day trip to Provincetown or Chatham to go on a boat cruise or do some local shopping!
Park the car in the driveway and walk around the left side of the house to enter our home from the backslider. Open up the door to the light and bright main room. Whip up breakfast in the galley kitchen (packed with brand new GE stainless steel appliances and recently finished with navy and white cabinets, grey marble countertops, and gold accents) and enjoy a family meal at the table as you overlook Sunken Meadow and the Cape Cod Bay from the panoramic windows. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Smoking not allowed.
