11102 Montello Fellow: NEW renovation; modern; private garden patio; walk to town! You’ll love our home in downtown Provincetown. Just off the ’strip’ 4-5 blocks, you’ll enjoy a vacation like no other. All the best dining the Cape has to offer is within minutes, P-town’s best gym (Mussel Beach Health Club), and bike rentals are a short walk away. The famous Pilgrim Monument, Herring Cove Beach, Whale Watch Tours, Fishing Excursions, Lighthouse tours, and more are all within reach.
Our home has three equal (ish) size rooms with modern furnishings. A/C for those hot days, wifi, cable and an updated kitchen make it a joy to stay here. Additionally, we’re getting the patio finished this year for many evening of fun cooking and relaxing outside in our private space. You’ll love our home!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
