The 10,000 square foot lot has a fenced yard, a playground, a fire pit, and a private sauna.
This all-season getaway offers easy access to skiing, hiking, and Fallen Leaf Lake -- in addition to magnificent Lake Tahoe itself.

Serving as the social heart of the home, the Great Room features floor-to-ceiling picture windows, vaulted ceilings, and dramatic wood beams. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the smart TV. The couch converts to a sleeper.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling chef’s kitchen features a full suite of appliances, granite countertops, and a three-person island. When meals are ready, the table seats seven.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps 10 guests between five bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. The comfy primary suite has a king-size bed, crib, private balcony, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed, Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with a full-size bed with a twin trundle below and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a smart TV, while the fifth bedroom has a full-size sleeper sofa and a desk. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The fenced yard includes a sauna and a gas grill. In the evening, gather for conversation around the gas fire pit.
