Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • -Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.
  • Pack 'n Play available for rent at $20/stay. Baby Bath Available for rent at $10/stay. High Chair Available for Rent at $10/stay.
  • - Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited and ILLEGAL. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken
  • - Please note we cannot store luggage before check-in or after check out. Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $50/hour per unit.
  • -Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup. Damaged white towels that must be replaced can only be purchased in sets (hand, face, and bath set).
  • -If you have any questions about the rules, please reach out!
  • -The booking guest must send a copy of a government-issued ID upon booking.
  • - Please note the following charges: Smoking in the unit ($500 Deodorization Fee), excessive dirtiness ($50 for each additional hour of cleaning required), removal of bodily fluids ($150), glitter cleanup ($100). **All charges are the actual cost, including labor, to remedy each issue.**
  • -Please note that we do not host locals.
  • ● No short term renters shall make or permit any noise or objectionable odor that will disturb or annoy the occupants of any other Unit or do or permit anything to be done therein which will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of Unit Owners, their tenants, clients, invitees, customers, clients, patients or guests. All short term renters shall comply with the City of New Orleans Code of Ordinances, Chapter 66, Article IV, as may be amended from time to time.
  • ● No short term renter shall be allowed on any portion of the roof, except in the designated rooftop dog walk area and, if approved, rooftop deck area, without the express permission of the Manager or the Association.
  • ● Any damage to the building, equipment or Common Elements caused by a short term renter shall be repaired at the expense of the guest.
  • Every short term renter shall comply with and be subject to these Rules and Regulations as set forth herein, any and all rules and regulations which from time to time may be adopted, and the provisions of the Declaration, By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation of the Association, as amended from time to time.
  • - Guests are provided 2 keys. 1 Key must be left in the lockbox at all times in case of getting locked out. The cost to rekey a lock should you take or lose the key is $125.
  • *Please note that we cannot offer early check-in at this unit.
  • NO SMOKING PROPERTY. There is no smoking allowed inside or outside at this property
  • Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not held responsible for them, will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure.
