The Home
A luxurious villa of 221 sqm. It is recently built, furnished with new furniture and air-conditioned with the most modern equipment for cooling or heating. The decoration offers "food for the spirit and pleasure to the eye" as there are wall paintings, traditional, hand-crafted, embroidery frames, sculptures and artistic objects all over.
The villa has a private, infinity-end, 100sqm pool, with open-air hydro-massage. The pool has a gradually increasing depth suitable for more or less keen swimmers. Right next to the main pool there is also a shallow one - of 30cm depth - where young children can play.
The tennis court with professional lighting pillars, facilitating playing tennis as it gets darker in the evening, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Tennis equipment is provided for free.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
