This fabulous property is less than 1km from the nearest marina and boasts beautiful views from the coast to the open sea.
There are 3 different environments, the first consisting of the beautiful, charming living and dining room and the complete kitchen, which is separated from the gourmet barbecue area only by a glass wall. There are also the first 5 suites on the property.
In the upper area is the leisure area with stereo, TV and dining table and the barbecue area with a pizza oven. There is also an area dedicated to hosting events, with DJ equipment and lights for parties.
The attached house has 3 bedrooms and 1 suite and 2 more bedrooms that share a bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
- Pets are subject to approval
- If the arrival/departure time is outside the previously scheduled time, an additional fee will be charged.
