A charming 2 bedroom apartment in North London- ideal for up to 3 guests. Just 15 minutes from Paddington Station- which has direct trains to Heathrow. Notting Hill and Marylebone are also within easy reach.
With Victorian tiles lining the floor, the entrance hall is welcoming, with great character. The apartment is straight ahead, as it is on the ground floor of the building. The living room is on the left of the internal hallway.
LIVING & DINING ROOM
The living and dining space enjoys lovely high ceiling and lots of light from the bay window, adorned with white shutters. The room is elegantly furnished- with a teal, velvet sofa, a gold coffee table and two gold armchairs, with fur throws. Beside the traditional fireplace is a television and bookcase. In the window, is a circular dining table and surrounding chairs. Artwork decorates the space.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
