The property is set in approx. 2 acres of characterful walled gardens, grottos and terraces in the village of Penally and has stunning 180 (degree) sea views looking towards Caldey Island. There is a long private drive leading to a large car park at the rear of the property which can easily accommodate 12 vehicles.
The Manor has undergone extensive renovation of an exceedingly high standard retaining many wonderful original features including fireplaces, high ceilings with ornate roses and cornices and wood panelling. The property is to be let as a whole unit and would lend itself perfectly as a very special Corporate or Wedding venue having a very large and well-equipped catering kitchen as well as another double kitchen area on two levels.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
