Just a short walk to the base of Park City Mountain Resort, and Main Street this charming, remodeled, historic home on Woodside Avenue is the perfect place for your next ski vacation. Walking in, you’re greeted by beautiful vaulted ceilings and a flood of natural light. The open layout kitchen and living area offer great space to gather together after a day on the slopes. Newly updated, the clean, fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all of the conveniences you’ll need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Cozy around the fireplace to watch a movie together or play games. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms: the first features a queen bed and the second is equipped with two twin beds. There is an adjacent full bathroom and a washer/dryer.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious master bedroom with a four-poster king size bed, walkout balcony, and full en suite bathroom....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
