Villa Brezza Marina has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is just 500 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and a short drive from the seaside town of Pozzallo and Ispica.
Entry to the house is via an electronic gate leading to a small driveway shared with an other villa.
The property has a delightful outdoor space ideal for having fun in the Sicilian sun. A few steps lead up to a covered dining area with comfortable seating and a perfect view over the pool area. The wonderful swimming salt water pool is equipped with shower and sun loungers, the perfect place to have fun with the whole family. Available as well a wood barbeque and toilet.
From the terrace, glass doors lead to an open-space kitchen, dining and lounge area. To the right of the lounge there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower bathrooms. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
