This beautifully presented property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a
beautiful living area, modern kitchen and multiple outside dining
areas.
Upon entrance to the property, you are greeted by a beautiful hallway
and a large living room on your right, to the left you have the light
airy kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm.
Stairs in the hallway lead to three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts
a king size bed and en-suite with the other 2 being twin rooms. The
modern bathroom consists of separate shower and bath.
Martello View is a true gem in a wonderful location.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
