The living room features a large Smart flat screen TV. There is a sleeper sofa and love seat, great for movie nights or entertaining. New art and beach decor are highlighted throughout the entire condo. Step out onto the double length balcony, which features a table and four chairs, which is perfect for al fresco dining or a game of cards, all with a fantastic view of the Gulf. You cannot get any closer to the Gulf than this condo. The gorgeous and modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glassware, bakeware, and cookware. There is a new drip coffee/Keurig maker, blender, and toaster. The master has all new furniture, a brand new king size mattress, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. There is also a ceiling fan with LED lighting. The master has a large Smart flat screen TV with HBO! The en suite master bath has a hair dryer, super plush "Hotel Collection" towels, and decor. This room is truly its own retreat! The bunk room has an added door for privacy, new super soft sheets, new pillows, and new bedding. The en suite bathroom has new super plush towels LED lighting, and an LG full size front loading washer and dryer. Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $60 resort fee. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. You will receive one parking pass with this condo. Garage Clearance: 7 Feet Shores of Panama is a 23 story Gulf front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, a full spa, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and two pool side Tiki bars. We offer five-night rentals March 1- April 15, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 week rentals from March-November.
