Detached villa completely fenced off the sea in San Vito near the new port of Polignano a Mare and with private access to the Porto Cavallo beach in a wonderful setting of rocks and sand. The villa is surrounded by a large square and solarium equipped with deck chairs and a large outdoor shower.
The villa is on two floors: on the groundfloor there is a large living area with sitting room and kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy panoramic dinners on a large wooden table and chairs. Loungers to sunbathe. Barbecue.
On the groundfloor there is a master bedroom with a french size bed and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there are two suites with double bedrooms with private bathroom and shower, two double bedrooms with single beds and another bathroom with shower for the double bedrooms. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
