The Bunk Room has 2 twin beds and a door for privacy. It even has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids or adults. It also has its own FULL bathroom attached and this is where you will also find the full size, new front loading Washer and Dryer. There is a Queen-sized pull-out sofa in the living area as well. The condo is equipped with a UV air purifier integrated into the AC system, helping to eliminate allergens, dust, and germs while improving overall air quality. Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. Direct Beach Access Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City’s premier shopping and dining area, along with World Famous Top Golf and Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show. Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley’s Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit. The resort fee is $75.00 plus tax $81.00. This unit has its very own RESERVED same floor parking space! Linens are included, so everything you could need for a great vacation is here- you will want to return again and again! IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM RESORT: The resort will be performing a multitude of improvements starting on 9/24/24 - 3/26/26. In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating.
