The house has 5 incredible suites that can accommodate 14 people with great comfort. Each suite features a relaxing and enjoyable design and décor, and the Master Suite has an in-room Jacuzzi. Beds come with soft mattresses and premium bedding. The living room, dining room, and other internal social areas are exquisite and mix tropical decorative artifacts with a contemporary style, creating a unique style for this glamorous home. From the wooden deck of the house, you will find the most beautiful views of the sea and the beaches that surround the place. You can enjoy and be enchanted with the sunset every day from the sun loungers or from the wonderful infinity pool of the house, which seems to go against the sea. Due to its strategic location, high in a rock formation, you will feel floating on the waters of the sea. This mansion is located within a secure gated community and has 2 covered parking spaces. Indoor environments are air-conditioned to create a wonderfully cozy atmosphere on warmer days. And if it’s too hot and you do not want to stay indoors, just take a dip in the pool or go out to discover the beautiful Buzios beaches! CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, it assists in the barbecue and in the kitchen, makes purchases in the supermarket, if necessary. Maid: 150 to 200 BRL per day. Keeps the house always clean and organized and does maid service. Cook (optional): 200 to 300 BRL per day. Prepare meals. As this is one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you, answer any relevant questions and ensure that your booking runs smoothly. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
